MOCKTAILS: 

The Forest Primeval

  • In a 16 oz mason jar,
  • 1.5 oz Maine Pine Syrup
  • .75 oz squeezed lemons
  • 3 dashes Vena's Maine Pine Bitters
Add ice, seltzer, stir, garnish with lemon wedge & sprig of slapped rosemary.

A Spot O' Tea

  • Hot cup of tea
  • .5 oz of Maine Pine Syrup
  • 3 dashes Vena's Pine Bitters

COCKTAILS: 

The Maine Old Fashioned

  • Stir in a yarai with ice, and strain into a low ball glass.
  • 2 oz of your favorite rye
  • .4 oz of Maine Pine Syrup
  • 2 dashes Vena's Maine Pine Bitters
Served in a low ball glass, chuck of ice, garnish with burnt orange peel.

Maine Manhattan

  • Combine and stir with ice in a yaria, and strain into a cocktail coupe.
  • 2 oz of your favorite bourbon
  • .5 oz Sweet Vermouth
  • .5 oz of Maine Pine Syrup
  • 4 dashes Vena's Maine Pine Bitters
Garnish with a Luxardo cherry for sweet, or a slapped sprig of rosemary for the real experience.
