Dillon's Bitters

Hailing from Beamsford, Ontario, this father and son team use as many locally grown herbs, fruits, vegetables, and botanicals as they can get their hands on. It's no surprise that they use local Niagra Region grape wine to preserve their bitters. This not only cuts down on environmental impact, but gives these bitters a little taste of where they come from. (3.4 oz bottle)


  • Black Currant: The most recent addition to our Dillon's lineup, Black Currant gives a tart fruitiness to any fizz or cocktail
  • Chocolate: This bittersweet chocolate flavor pairs perfectly in a Chocolate Martini or in our own Chocolate Cherry Cordial mocktail
  • Hot Pepper: Using a blend of habanero, jalapeno, and hot Hungarian peppers grown in their gardens, and red peppercorns for extra kick, these bitters will give pizzaz to any cocktail. Try a Strawberry Margarita with these bitters and Royal Rose Strawberry Fennel syrup.
  • Ginseng: The garden delivers again. 100% locally grown ginseng creates an earthy bitter with notes of orange and anise.
  • Angelica: Angelica is a relative of both parsley and celery. This savory herb teams up with bright lemon to create a bitter fit for Gin & Tonics and Bloody Marys. Thinking outside the box- use this in a vinaigrette.
  • Lemon: Fresh lemon scent is complimented with cardamom and coriander, Great for martinis or any gin cocktails, also fun in whiskey sours.
  • Bitter Orange: Combining flavors from near and far like verbena, peppercorn, juniper, and cardamom, make this orange bitter the perfect addition to any whiskey lovers collection.
  • Lime: Background notes of peppercorn and coriander made way for bright, fresh lime flavor. It's intense and a perfect match for margaritas, gin & tonics, and summer drinks.
