Napa Valley Bitters

Created by a long time Napa resident and avid banjo player these bitters combine local fruits and botanicals found in the valley. Fun and creative combinations this company donate a portion to local charities including several animal shelters. Handcrafted in small batches. 


  • Meyer Lemon Sage: Savory sage reaches up to the native Chinese Meyer lemon to enhance the lemons sweet, tart Mandanese like flavor. The sage gives these bitters their early complexity. Perfect in Collins, vodka martinis or Blackberry sage Margaritas.
  • Grapefruit: A hand tested grapefruit create the base flavor heightened by floral hops, lemongrass, ginger and Californian Wildflower honey. Try in drinks with elderflower, gin, vodka or sparkling wine. Used in our Charred Grapefruit Vodka Tonic and Elderflower Collins.
  • Ginger: Add a zesty kick to any of your favorite drinks. Created with fresh and dried ginger this bitter goes great in Whisky Gingers and Dark and Stormies. Pairs with our Gingertini Mocktail.
  • Antique Chocolate: Dark powdered baking cocoa with hints of herbs and spices. It is liquid truffles for your Brandy Alexander and a rich base for your Chocolate Rye cocktail.
  • Toasted Oak: Charred oak barrels rich vanilla creaminess will give any drink a deep aged effect, instantly.
  • Vintage Black Walnut: Barrel aged for 18 months, enjoy flavors of rich walnut and vanilla and subtle notes of coffee.
