Join us to learn the history of bitters, how to make them and 2 cocktails using the bitters! You will make and keep a batch of Maine Pine Bitters using freshly foraged Maine pine. The bitters will be paired with recipes for you to craft refreshing summer cocktails.

Cocktails include:

Piney Old Fashioned - rye, bourbon (a spin on a traditional Old Fashioned)
Pine State Refresher - gin (summery, light and refreshing)
