The Forest Primeval Hour

Classes are approximately 1 hour and each participant receives a carefully curated kit with ingredients to mix two cocktails during class and more at home. Our knowledgeable bartenders embed history on the art and science of mixology into every lesson. Participants who do not drink alcohol learn to mix mocktail versions of the drinks below.

Class Cocktails:

• Pine State Refresher - Gin cocktail with Pine and Grapefruit
• Lumbersexual - Gin cocktail with lemon, tonic, and tinctures

Our mixology class includes a brief history of spirits, the art & science of mixology and 2 drinks. Each participant will have a bar station set up in front of them to learn the tools of the trade.  
1 hr.  $75 p/p  
We will send you a Zoom link prior to class time.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED FOR CLASS:
Need barware? Check out our kits!

• Ice
• Gin
• Fresh Rosemary (optional - highly recommended!)
• Bar Tools: Cocktail Shaker (or Mason Jar with lid or Water Bottle), Jigger (or shot glass or measuring spoons), Bar Mat (or wet towel) for spills, Knife (for cutting citrus)
• Recommended Glassware: 2 Lowballs
