Tiki Hour

Dates: 1/22, 2/26, 3/26 & 4/23
Time: 6:30pm - 7:30pm EST

Our mixology class includes a brief history of spirits, the art & science of mixology and 2 drinks. Each participant will have a bar station set up in front of them to learn the tools of the trade.  
1 hr.  $70 p/p  
We will send you a Zoom link prior to class time.

In this Tiki Hour class we will be making:

• Vena’s Mia Tia – Rum, Dry Curacao or Triple Sec
• Shipwreck – White Rum
  
  

TOOLS YOU'LL NEED:
Need barware? Check out our kits!

• Glassware: Low Ball & High Ball
• Cocktail Shaker (Alternatives - mason jar with lid or sports water bottle).
• Muddler (Alternative - wooden spoon)
• Jigger (Alternatives - shot glass or measuring spoons)
• Fine Mesh Strainer (optional)
• Citrus squeezer or just squeeze with your hands at the time of class.
