Cherry Manhattan
RECIPE 01Ingredients
- 2 oz Vena's Cherry Manhattan Sipper infused with whiskey
- 1 oz Sweet vermouth (preferably Carpano Antica)
- 3 dashes Vena's Aromatic bitters
- 2 dashes Vena's Wild Cherry bitters
Instructions
- 1Measure all ingredients into a Boston Shaker
- 2Add ice and shake well
- 3Shake very well (need a lot of melted ice in a Manhattan, ~20% by volume)
- 4Strain into chilled coupe glass
- 5Garnish with Luxardo cherry

RECIPE 02Ingredients
- 3 oz Hot water infused Vena’s Cherry Manhattan
- 0.25 oz lime juice
- 0.5 oz seltzer
- Bar spoon of cherry syrup (from Luxardo or Ameera cherryjar)
- 1 dash Vena’s Wild Cherry bitters
Instructions
- 1Build in a lowball glass
- 2Add ice and stir well
